A&W is reviving its Root Beer Float just in time for summer, combining creamy vanilla ice cream with ice-cold A&W Root Beer served in the chain's classic frosty mugs.
The drink is available for a limited time at participating A&W locations across Canada starting June 15, while supplies last.
"There is something magical about the connection Canadians have with our Root Beer Floats," said Susan Senecal, CEO and president of A&W Canada. "They are woven into the fabric of Canadian summers, from nostalgic road trip pit stops to savouring a float in the frosty mug with the whole family. We're excited to revive this tradition today, inviting both long-time fans and a new generation to enjoy this timeless treat together."
The comeback follows A&W's recent launch of smash burgers, also available for a limited time.
