Former Canadian diplomats urge sanctions on Israel over Gaza, Lebanon

Scores of former senior Canadian diplomats are calling on Prime Minister Mark Carney to impose "robust" sanctions on Israel over deteriorating conditions in Palestinian territories and Lebanon.
