Toronto and southern Ontario are experiencing the first hot spell of the season, with temperatures forecast in the high 20s and low 30s from Monday through Wednesday. Environment and Climate Change Canada says conditions will feel significantly hotter when humidity is factored in, affecting regions from Windsor through Kitchener-Waterloo to Toronto.
