Saturday's cooler—perfect for moving around the city.

It's noticeably colder than the last few days—we're at 14°C this morning, so you'll want a layer if you're heading out. That said, it's partly cloudy and we've got strong sun (UV's sitting at 7, which is high), so sunscreen's your friend if you're spending the day outside. You've got until 8:02 PM tonight, so there's real daylight to work with.

A couple things worth knowing: there's some réaménagement des voies happening today, so if you're driving anywhere, just clock that traffic patterns might shift depending on where you're headed. Nothing catastrophic, but worth a thought.

On the wider radar—there's a recall out on Quebec ham products over listeria concerns if you were planning a smoked meat situation. Also keep an eye on Costco recalls: Cadbury Oreo bars and Alfa Croissants are flagged for allergen and mould issues. Nothing's off-limits for brunch, just good to know.

For eating today, if you want to treat yourself, MUCHO Burrito's still running their 20-year celebration deal (2-for-1 burritos, though that might be wrapping up—check if it's still live). If you're feeling fancier and want to hit Old Montréal later, Jacopo's doing tableside fettuccine inside a hollowed cheese wheel, which is the kind of thing worth the trip if you've got time.

This evening's got real energy. Cirque du Soleil: Echo is running shows at Jacques Cartier Pier starting at 4:00 PM and again at 5:30 PM if you want something immersive and a little wild. Over at Parc Jean-Drapeau, Lasso Music Festival's happening—perfect for catching some country vibes outdoors in the daylight. If live music's your thing, there's Fiesta Cubana down at Le Balcon at 6:00 PM, or if you're into the classics, Pink Floyd tributes are running at Le Dome starting at 4:00 PM.

The big sporting moment is CF Montreal hosting D.C. United at Saputo Stadium at 7:30 PM, if you want to catch some soccer and be outside while it's still warm.

With sunset at 8:02, you've got a window tonight—pick your vibe early and you can make the most of it. Stay cool out there.
