Four Montreal restaurants named among Canada's top 10 new restaurants for 2026

Four Montréal restaurants have been named among Canada's 100 Best top 10 new restaurants for 2026, reflecting the city's varied and acclaimed dining landscape.

Rôtisserie La Lune, a poultry-focused restaurant from the team behind Mon Lapin, ranks second on the list. Limbo, Harrison Shewchuck's latest venture in casual fine dining, appears at number 5. Sushi Nishinokaze, an ultra-exclusive omakase spot in Mile End, lands at number 5, while Pasta Pooks, the neighbourhood's hipster pasta destination, holds the number 8 spot.

All four restaurants also appear on Canada's 100 Best Restaurants overall ranking for 2026.
