The National Arts Centre is reviving "Les lundis des tout-petits" (Little Ones' Mondays), a free French-language story time series hosted by Luana, a character designed to help children navigate their emotions through magical worlds and storytelling.

Each Monday session runs from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Peter A. Herrndorf Place, 1 Elgin Street. Children join Luana on journeys through enchanting narratives where they meet memorable characters. Sessions blend story time with crafts and games, creating an interactive experience.

The program is conducted entirely in French, making it an excellent opportunity for bilingual and francophone families. Luana's approach teaches children—both big and small—how to identify their emotions, notice how feelings manifest in their bodies, and appreciate what emotions offer them. No tickets are required for entry; the sessions are completely free.

This marks a return to regular programming for families seeking French-language cultural experiences in the capital.
