Niagara-on-the-Lake subdivision site holds 10,000-year-old artifacts

A planned subdivision site in Niagara-on-the-Lake contains Indigenous artifacts dating back 10,000 years, including pottery and arrowheads, as well as the historic Secord House. The Toronto-based owner must obtain archaeological clearance before building homes on the property.
