Sheep River Health Trust launches raffle to fund radiothon
Win a WestJet flight voucher for two with $25 tickets; proceeds support 13th annual fundraiser for health and wellness organizations.
The Sheep River Health Trust is launching the "Together We Make a Difference" Radiothon Raffle on June 1, with a grand prize of a WestJet flight voucher valid for one roundtrip flight for two guests to any regularly scheduled and marketed WestJet destination.
Tickets are $25 each or $100 for five. All proceeds go toward the 13th annual "Together We Make a Difference" Radiothon, happening June 18.
To purchase tickets, visit the Sheep River Health Trust at upcoming summer events and scan the Radiothon Raffle QR code in person. The QR code will also be available at radiothon locations: the Okotoks Health & Wellness Centre (The Eagle broadcasting live, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.) and RONA Black Diamond (Sun Country broadcasting live, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.). Both locations will offer food and prizes; the Black Diamond site features a traditional $5 BBQ.
Over the past 12 years, the radiothon has raised over $850,000 to support organizations focused on health and wellness in the Foothills. This year's goal is to raise funds for 10 organizations and 12 projects across the region.
