Altadore claimed the top spot among Calgary's most expensive neighbourhoods in July, with a median sold price of $1,259,500, according to a monthly housing report from the digital real estate platform Wahi.
Three neighbourhoods cracked the $1 million threshold. West Hillhurst followed with a median sold price of $1,250,000, and Springbank Hill came in at $1,200,000. Richmond rounded out the top five at $940,000, followed by Wildwood at $935,000.
Altadore not only held the highest price but also the fastest-selling homes on the list, moving off the market in an average of 23 days.
At the other end of the scale, Bankview emerged as Calgary's least expensive neighbourhood, with a median sold price of $219,300 — over $1 million cheaper than Altadore. The five least expensive neighbourhoods all had median sold prices below $300,000: Lincoln Park at $231,500, Greenview at $275,000, Lower Mount Royal at $276,250, and Belvedere at $280,000.
