Flair Airlines pilots have ratified a three-year contract after 10 months of negotiations, the Air Line Pilots Association announced Thursday.

The agreement includes improvements on compensation, career progression pathways, scheduling rules, and quality-of-life provisions. Around 270 Flair pilots operate scheduled flights throughout Canada, the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central America.

First Officer Aimee Wintle said the contract marks an important step for the pilots and adds stability and professionalism to the airline. "This agreement is a significant milestone," she said.

The tentative deal will now move to ratification, with pilots voting in the coming weeks to confirm the final terms.
