Things to do in Calgary this week: July 26–August 1

This week Calgary trades grey for sun. Sunday and Monday stay overcast and mild, but by midweek the pattern shifts—Wednesday clears off, Thursday stays pleasant, and Friday through the weekend opens into genuine summer. Plan indoor shows early, save the patios and outdoor pitches for the back half.

Clue, the touring production of the murder-mystery farce, lands at the Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium with two matinee performances: Sunday at 2 p.m. and one more later in the run. If you have not seen this adaptation onstage, it is sharper and faster than the film—built for a theatre crowd that catches every visual gag.
