Cactus Club Cafe has launched a summer menu designed for patio season, anchored by The Niner — a $9 smash burger available during Happy Hour.

The Niner features a smashed beef patty topped with melted cheese, pickles, onions, and burger sauce on a toasted brioche bun. It's positioned as serious ingredients at a serious discount, exclusive to afternoon and late-night happy hour across all Cactus locations.

Beyond the burger, the menu leans into freshness and seasonality. New offerings include Scallop & Prawn Ceviche, described as bright and refreshing, and Lemongrass Noodle Salad, which Cactus says is "better than ever."

On the drink side, the fan-favourite Frosé has returned with its signature strawberry notes. New cocktails include White Sangria — a fruit-forward mix — and Paloma Rosa, a tequila, citrus, and spice combination billed as a summer go-to.

Cactus has built its summer reputation around patio culture, from Coal Harbour views to downtown hustle. The new menu signals the chain's intent to anchor that season with accessible pricing and recognizable flavours.

Reservations are recommended given the menu's ambition.
