A 55-year-old from Alberta faces six counts of sexual exploitation involving a minor in a Pittsburgh federal case.
An Alberta man faces serious charges in a U.S. federal child exploitation case. Cyril Borle, 55, has been indicted by a grand jury in Pittsburgh on six counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
Prosecutors allege the incidents occurred in early 2020. Borle is accused of persuading a minor on three separate occasions to engage in sexually explicit acts for recording, and receiving images of that sexual exploitation on the same dates.
If convicted, Borle faces a mandatory minimum of 15 years in prison and fines up to $1.5 million.
