Cool Alberta spring weather delays emergence of insects and pests

Unusually cold temperatures pushing back typical seasonal bugs—a reprieve for Albertans

Albertans are getting a reprieve from spring bugs this year, thanks to cool weather delaying the re-emergence of insects across the province. The extended cool snap is pushing typical seasonal insect activity later into the year.
