Young Farts Trailer Parts Prime Video series premieres Friday with Alberta brothers

Two Vegreville brothers are bringing their viral TikTok presence to Prime Video with a new unscripted comedy series premiering Friday, July 17.

Young Farts Trailer Parts follows Jagger and Dawson Glowatsky as they buy beat-up RVs, salvage parts, and flip trailers while keeping the operation in the family. The six-episode series is executive produced by Jacob Tierney, known for Letterkenny and Shoresy, and directed by Brent Hodge.

The brothers launched Young Farts RV Parts in their early twenties, identifying an underserved market in used RV parts from salvaged trailers. After appearing on Dragons' Den in 2021 and landing a deal with the Dragons, they transitioned from a brick-and-mortar shop to online sales with curbside pickup. That shift freed them to focus on building a massive social media presence — they now have nearly 400,000 TikTok followers and millions of views.

"We really wanted to transition from being brick-and-mortar," Jagger said. "We put all our parts online, and we started really honing in on making our social media videos, and those were starting to just really take off. And then I think that's what created this opportunity for a TV show."

For the brothers, handing filming over to a television crew was a new experience. "The first couple of days were kind of weird," Jagger continued. "Then they just kind of seemed like they were just part of our team — like new employees we got that we didn't have to pay for."

Much of the show centres on the brothers' relationship with staff and their parents, who have become employees. In one heartfelt moment, their father was asked to read the shop's motto from a sign but declined because he was holding back tears. "He was the funniest part for me," Jagger said of the final cut.
