Other vendors are Asclépiade apiculture, which develops insertion social beehives using beekeeping as an intervention tool in correctional facilities; Fleurs en ville, an eco-responsible flower farm and the first to grow cut flowers on Montreal building rooftops; Emporium Safran Québec, growing saffron in Lanaudière and on Montreal rooftops including the Palais; and Ferme agricole de la Cuisine collective Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, dedicated to ecological agriculture and food security.
