Montrealers travelling on Air Canada now have a direct shuttle option between downtown and Trudeau International Airport, launching Monday, July 13.
The shuttle picks up at Palais des congrès and runs every 15 minutes from 4:45 a.m. to 6:30 a.m., then every half hour until 9 p.m. From the airport, service departs from Door 7 on the Departures level starting at 5:15 a.m. with the same frequency until 10 p.m. Tickets cost $9 before taxes and can be purchased in advance or at the airport.
Air Canada estimates passengers could save up to 25 minutes during peak traffic by bypassing congestion and using a private airport entrance. The move addresses recent complaints about construction-related delays and rideshare service disruptions at the airport.
Customers with a connection time of at least 95 minutes will receive complimentary flight rebooking if the shuttle is delayed. Passengers requiring wheelchair assistance should contact The Landline Company, which operates the shuttle, before travel.
