André Pronovost, a left wing who won four consecutive Stanley Cups with the Montreal Canadiens, died Tuesday at age 90. The cause was not disclosed.
Pronovost was born in Shawinigan Falls, Quebec. He played 10 NHL seasons across four teams: the Montreal Canadiens, Boston Bruins, Detroit Red Wings, and Minnesota North Stars.
With the Canadiens, Pronovost appeared in 290 regular-season games and scored 109 points, and played 70 playoff games with 22 points. The Montreal Canadiens won four consecutive Stanley Cups from 1957 to 1960, with Pronovost capturing all four championships.
Across his entire NHL career, Pronovost played 557 regular-season games and tallied 198 points. In 70 playoff games across all teams, he scored 22 points.

Pronovost is survived by his grandson Anthony Mantha, a forward currently playing for the New Jersey Devils.
