A&W is dropping a limited-time Hot Honey BBQ Teen Burger at all Canadian locations starting Thursday, October 8, partnering with Bull's-Eye on the new offering.
The burger builds on A&W's classic Teen Burger — grass-fed beef patty topped with cheddar cheese, bacon, lettuce, onion, and tomato — but adds a generous helping of hot honey Bull's-Eye BBQ sauce. The combination targets the current trend of sweet and spicy flavours, blending honey sweetness, subtle heat, and smokiness.
"Hot honey is usually reserved for chicken or pizza, but on our Teen Burger, the honey sweetness, subtle heat, and smokiness take the swicy to a whole new level," said Karan Suri, senior director of innovation at A&W Canada. The company framed the move as bringing "fresh twist on our beloved classic."
