Gatineau police seek additional victims in child sexual abuse materials investigation
A 19-year-old Gatineau man charged in late August with possession, distribution, and accessing of child sexual abuse materials may have other victims, police said.

Gatineau Police Service is asking anyone with information about a child sexual abuse materials investigation to come forward, saying there could be additional victims in the Outaouais region.
Adam Bergeron, 19, of Gatineau was arrested on August 26 and charged in late August with possession, distribution, and accessing of child sexual abuse and exploitation material. Police conducted a search of a residence in the Hull sector. The investigation began after the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children reported the downloading of files containing such material from an IP address located in Gatineau.
Police said Bergeron allegedly used instant messaging platforms including Discord and Snapchat, reportedly with several aliases, most of which were variations of the name "Snaber." Information gathered so far indicates alleged victims in the case may be minors.
