The final phase of Brookline by Minto launches on sale September 12, introducing the last collection of single-family homes, townhomes and newly introduced dual-key homes in this established Kanata community near Canada's largest technology park.

Brookline is positioned minutes from Canada's largest tech park, an innovation ecosystem encompassing more than 540 companies and approximately 33,000 employees. For professionals working in Kanata, the community offers a commute measured in minutes rather than hours. "Less time spent in traffic means more time for family dinners, evening walks, children's activities or simply enjoying the comforts of home," according to promotional material.

Unlike many new developments still waiting for amenities, Brookline is already an established community with completed parks, trail networks and neighbourhood connections. Trail networks, completed parks and growing neighbourhood connections provide homeowners with the confidence of moving into a community that's already taking shape.

The final phase offers single-family homes in 30-foot, 36-foot and 43-foot widths featuring spacious layouts, flexible floor-plan options and contemporary designs. Select floorplans offer guest suites and flex plans with finished basement options for additional bedrooms and living space. Executive townhomes feature 3 to 4 bedroom designs with versatile layouts and modern finishes, with flex plan options allowing homeowners to personalize living space, including adding up to six bedrooms and finishing the basement.

New to this phase are dual-key homes — fully integrated secondary suites with their own entrance, kitchen, bathroom and living area, designed to support multi-generational living, greater independence for adult family members, or potential rental income. The community appeals to first-time buyers, growing families, professionals and those seeking flexible, multi-generational living arrangements.
