Ottawa police are searching for a man who publicly exposed himself and masturbated while targeting women in Stittsville on July 10 around 3 p.m.
The incidents occurred in the 1300 block of Stittsville Main Street, in the plaza containing Dollarama and Shoppers Drug Mart. Police released surveillance photos from the area.
