NAC hosts free Powwow Workout celebration on May 25

45-minute high-intensity dance fitness with Indigenous music and culture

A powwow is a gathering to celebrate First Nations culture through dance, songs, food and crafts, open to all. The Pow Wow Workout is a 45-minute high-intensity exercise program incorporating powwow dance steps from different styles and contemporary and traditional powwow music.
