Para Transpo Talk sessions continue across Ottawa this August for customer feedback
Para Transpo is hosting six customer sessions throughout August where riders can speak directly to OC Transpo staff, ask questions, and provide feedback on accessible transit service.

Update — July 29, 2026: The sessions have been expanded to continue through fall and will include discussions of OC Transpo's Customer-First Action Plan and major service enhancements designed to support ridership increases in fall. Scheduled sessions run from July 28 through August 25 at various locations across Ottawa and via Zoom webinar, with registration required through Engage Ottawa.
Para Transpo is returning with six customer sessions throughout August where riders, families, companions, and support persons can speak directly with OC Transpo staff about accessible transit service.
All Para Transpo customers are welcome to attend, regardless of how frequently they use the service. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback to help improve the service.
The sessions are scheduled at:
Tuesday, August 4 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at City Hall main lobby (security screening required for entry). Wednesday, August 5 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Hurdman Station main entrance. Thursday, August 6 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Richcraft Community Centre main lobby. Tuesday, August 11 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Dovercourt Recreation Complex lobby. Wednesday, August 12 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Place d'Orléans in front of the American Eagle. Thursday, August 13 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Tunney's Pasture Station.
