Lactantia brand UltraPūr 2% M.F. Lactose Free milk in two-litre cartons is being recalled because of over-fortification of vitamins A and D.
The affected product bears UPC 0 68200 14854 0 and a best-before date of June 22. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency posted the notice after the company identified the issue.
No illnesses have been reported from consuming the product so far. If you have a carton matching the UPC and date, throw it out or return it to your retailer for a refund.
