Tim Hortons announced Wednesday that it has launched a lineup of handcrafted iced and hot matcha beverages made with 100 per cent pure and authentic matcha.
The new drinks are: - Vanilla Iced Matcha Latte with Cold Foam - Original Iced Matcha Latte - Unsweetened Iced Matcha Latte - Hot Vanilla Matcha Latte - Hot Matcha Latte
Each drink is made from high-quality green tea leaves ground into a fine powder. You can customize your order: sweetened or unsweetened, with vanilla flavour, and with cold foam.
Matcha drinks have appeared at Tim Hortons "Urban Format" restaurants in Toronto and Montreal, but this nationwide rollout marks the first time they're available at participating locations across Canada.
The menu refresh continues a pattern from Tim Hortons: in June, the chain brought back the fan-favourite Crispy Chicken Sandwich following the return of the Grilled Cheese (removed in 2024). In spring, the chain introduced Frozen Quenchers in five flavours: Orange Tangerine, Blackberry Yuzu, Peach, Strawberry Watermelon, and Pineapple Dragon Fruit.
