Augustus Oliveira Cunha, 52, was first charged on April 9 after a victim reported an incident at a clinic near Yonge and Edward streets in Aurora on April 8. Police say the suspect allegedly touched the victim "for a sexual purpose" during a massage appointment. Cunha was charged with one count of sexual assault.
A second victim came forward on May 21, reporting a similar incident at the same clinic on April 4. Cunha was charged with a second count of sexual assault on June 4.
