Highway 401 reopens after police investigation

Highway 401 westbound collector lanes at Meadowvale Road reopened Saturday afternoon following a police investigation.

Officers had closed all westbound collector lanes, along with the ramp from Port Union Road to westbound Highway 401 and some southbound lanes on Meadowvale Road at the highway. The investigation concluded early afternoon, and all lanes returned to service by 4:31 p.m.
