Young Bosses in Business, a youth-led charity, is expanding beyond entrepreneurship. Co-founder Sariah Morgan, 17, and her sister Ariella Morgan, 10, are launching Journey to Self, a program focused on mental health, wellness, confidence, creativity and self-expression.

The pre-launch event runs noon to 5 p.m. Nov. 7 at the Malton Youth Hub at the Jonathan Davis Centre in Mississauga. It is free and open to youth ages six to 18. Parents and caregivers are welcome. Sessions cover movement and confidence, creativity and expression, finding one's voice, and self-care and identity. The full program launches in 2027.

Sariah Morgan, who runs the cosmetics business iAH Beauty, co-founded YBIB at 11, when her sister was five. The organization has run workshops, markets and other events for more than five years.

"We've spent years helping kids start their businesses and become leaders, but we also know that confidence and knowing who you are play a huge role in that," Morgan said. "It goes beyond entrepreneurship, and it focuses on the person behind the goals, dreams, and achievements."
