Air Canada's customer service employees have ratified a new collective bargaining agreement with the airline, marking the third major labour deal the carrier has finalized this year.

The four-year agreement, in effect until February 28, 2030, covers approximately 6,000 employees across contact centres, customer relations, concierge services, and other business segments represented by Unifor.

The deal delivers a 12% wage increase in the first year, followed by annual increases of 3% in each of the next three years, plus a signing bonus upon ratification. Over the full four-year period, workers will receive 21% in compounded wage increases. The agreement also includes strengthened pensions and greater job security.

Air Canada also ratified separate agreements earlier this year with flight operations crew schedulers and in-flight crew schedulers. The airline did not disclose additional details about those agreements.
