The Bro'Kin Yolk is cracking open another location. The popular brunch staple — founded by brothers Gil and Jeff Carlos in 2025 — is gearing up for its sixth outlet, with a new spot opening this fall at Deerfoot Meadows.
"We can't wait to break even more yolks in Calgary, serve up brunch, and become part of your community," the team said in an Instagram post.
The menu balances classic breakfast — Belgian waffles, Eggs Benedict, breakfast poutines — with Filipino-inspired bowls. The Fili breakfast bowl pairs Longanisa sausage, sunny-side-up eggs, jasmine rice, housemade tomato salsa, and chilli-soy sauce. The Bros breakfast stacks jasmine rice, pork belly adobo, eggs, and tomato salsa. Each hits a different kind of comfort.
The Bro'Kin Yolk already operates three Calgary locations, one in Edmonton, and another in Canmore. The Deerfoot Meadows expansion follows strong reception across those spots, tapping into Calgary's brunch appetite heading into the fall season.
