Cactus Club Cafe has launched a new summer menu filled with refreshing drinks and shareable plates, anchored by the return of a patio season favourite and a new budget-friendly burger that's all about serious ingredients without the serious price tag.

The Niner is the main star of happy hour this summer—a $9 smash burger featuring a smashed beef patty topped with melted cheese, pickles, onions, and burger sauce on a toasted brioche bun. Available exclusively during afternoon and late-night happy hours at all locations, it's the kind of thing you grab when you want something that actually tastes good but won't break the bank.

Beyond the burger, the menu brings back the fan-favourite Frosé, a strawberry-forward frozen rosé that's become synonymous with patio season. The White Sangria is a bright, fruit-forward mix designed for the heat, while the Paloma Rosa combines tequila, citrus, and a hint of spice—basically your new summer go-to.

For food, there's the new Scallop & Prawn Ceviche, bright and refreshing as a break from city heat, and an elevated Lemongrass Noodle Salad. The menu is built around freshness and premium quality, the kind of thing that makes you want to reserve a table now and come back again and again once summer actually hits.
