Lime's Bar bringing Miami cocktails to 17th Avenue this fall
The new permanent spot for the popular pop-up will serve Caribbean and Southern dishes alongside Miami-style drinks in a familiar shipping container space.

Lime's Bar, a Miami-style cocktail bar that's built a following through pop-ups across the city, is opening its first permanent home on 17th Avenue this fall.
The bar will take over the familiar shipping container-turned-restaurant space at 524 17th Ave. S.W. that was formerly home to Pimlico Bar and Gringo Street. Just over a year ago, Lime's Bar debuted at Scozzafava's Deli before hosting popular events at hotspots including Class Clown and Ol' Beautiful's Sound Room.
Alongside cocktails, Lime's Bar will serve Caribbean and Southern dishes. Dishes spotted at the pop-ups include oxtail gyoza and yuzu coquitos. While there's no official opening date yet, the team has committed to a fall 2026 launch.
