St. Louis Bar & Grill is embracing the hot dog era—and doing it with the kind of commitment that only a chain promotion can deliver.

Starting immediately through the end of May, the restaurant is running an all-you-can-eat hot dog special. You start with two dogs on your first round, then add one more with each additional round, for $14.99 total. It's unlimited, which means you can theoretically keep going until you're satisfied or defeated, whichever comes first. Upgrade for an extra $5 and you're into loaded territory: Pickle Dogs, Chilli Dogs, or the Supreme Dog—or go full chaos and try all three.

The real story here is the partnership. St. Louis has teamed up with Shopsy's, an iconic Canadian brand, to launch a premium hot dog menu officially on June 2. This May AYCE run is basically a sneak preview—a way to let Canadians taste what's coming before it hits the permanent menu. It's a smart play. You get to test-drive new offerings, the restaurant gets data on what people actually order, and customers feel like they're part of something.

But here's the weird part that's actually genius: St. Louis is also hiring Brand AmbassaDOGs—people who will literally dress up as hot dogs and represent the menu in their communities. The job posting is real, live on LinkedIn and Instagram. You get a branded frankfurter suit, a $149.99 gift card (redeemable in ten shifts' worth of AYCE hot dogs), and the title of "top dog" in your community. It's absurd and somehow it works.

So if you're curious about what Shopsy's premium hot dogs taste like, or you just want to test your limits in a pressure-free environment, hit a St. Louis location this month. The loaded dogs are probably worth the upgrade. And if you're wondering whether you have what it takes to be a hot dog in public, well, the application is waiting.
