Father's Day lands on Sunday, June 21, and Calgary has no shortage of ways to celebrate.

The Military Museums is hosting a full day of activities from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., including tank tours, weapons handling, a beer garden, the chance to sit in a Starfighter cockpit, and opportunities to try on gear.

The Hangar Flight Museum partners with local car clubs for Wings and Wheels on June 20 and 21 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event features aircraft, vintage and classic cars, food trucks, and family-friendly activities. Dads get free admission.

Lougheed House is hosting a Father's Day weekend car show with the Stampede City Model-A Ford Club on June 20 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The free outdoor event showcases vintage Fords, an outdoor garden, and Lougheed House's newest pop-up exhibit, "Legacy on Wheels: The Lougheeds in the Era of Early Automobiles."

At the Calgary Zoo, a Father's Day brunch features breakfast items, a carving station, and desserts. Seating begins at 9 a.m. on June 21; cost starts at $43.95.

Studio Bell at the National Music Centre is free on June 21 to celebrate both Father's Day and National Indigenous Peoples Day. Open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., visitors can enjoy live performances by Tudjaat, Black Crow Funk, and Sean Beaver, plus the updated "Speak Up!" exhibit showcasing Indigenous artists who've made a social impact on Canadian music.

The Comic and Toy Expo opens at the Acadia Rec Centre on June 21 at 10:30 a.m., with admission starting at $5. There's a costume contest at 2 p.m., and all ages are welcome.

Heritage Park offers Father's Day brunch with park and Gasoline Alley admission. Families can ride the steam train and explore historical sites; seating times vary throughout the day.

Jurassic Quest brings North America's largest moving, roaring, and breathing dinosaurs to Calgary from June 19 to 21. The immersive walk-through experience is for all ages, with tickets starting at $40.
