Trezz Hombres brings note-for-note ZZ Top tribute to Black Diamond Bar in Diamond Valley

Trezz Hombres, a ZZ Top tribute band, will perform at the Black Diamond Bar on Saturday, September 12, 2026, making its first appearance in the Diamond Valley region.

The band consists of Berkley Shea as Dusty Hill, Andy Cassidy as Billy Gibbons, and Chris Hart as Frank Beard. Shea said they are a note-for-note band with images that make it look like you're at a ZZ Top concert, featuring authentic instruments, outfits and real functioning beards. "When we're on stage, we are ZZ Top in that moment," he said.

Adele Mundell, owner of Rock-A-Billy Entertainment, which is hosting the performance, emphasized the importance of supporting live music. "We got to keep the live music going," Mundell said.

According to Shea, the band's favourite song to play is "La Grange," with "Thunderbird" and "Just Got Paid" tied for second. "It (La Grange) definitely highlights the end of the night for us, and it just always gets the floor packed. It's super energetic. It feels great to play. We kind of just get lost in the moment with it," said Shea.

Shea said the band is looking forward to its Diamond Valley performance. "It (Diamond Valley) kind of feels like it suits what we do and such with the ZZ Top music. We actually went and visited last night, and we were like, yeah, this place has a really, really cool vibe," he said.

He offered advice for those who will attend: "Just make sure you come and put your dancing shoes on. Make sure you grab yourself whatever drink it is that you wanna have. Twirl that glass and let's enjoy a good night together."
