Dumpling Fest arrives in Edmonton on Wednesday, September 23, from 5 to 9 p.m., offering a food crawl across multiple restaurants serving their own dumpling varieties from around the world.
Participants will experience tasting plates that could include Chinese soup dumplings, Indian kofta, Korean mandu, Mexican empanadas, or Nepalese momos. The specific restaurants participating will be revealed five days before the event via email to ticketholders, who will also receive a map, menu and event details.
Ticket holders can begin their tour anytime after 5 p.m. with no time limit at individual restaurants. Those aiming to visit all participating locations are advised to arrive at their assigned starting point within the first half hour.
