Hot Dogs Are Coming to St. Louis Bar & Grill This June
All-you-can-eat Shopsy's hot dogs launch June 2, but Edmonton can try them for $14.99 throughout May.
St. Louis Bar & Grill is betting on the hot dog. The chain is partnering with Shopsy's, Canada's iconic frankfurter brand, to launch a premium hot dog menu on June 2—and it's giving Edmonton a sneak preview.
Throughout May, St. Louis locations are running an all-you-can-eat hot dog promotion. The deal: $14.99 gets you started with two dogs, then one more with each additional round. Order as many as you can stomach. For an extra $5, upgrade to loaded dogs—Pickle Dog, Chilli Dog, Supreme Dog, or mix and match.
It's a straightforward play on comfort food and competition. The brand is also hunting for "Brand AmbassaDOGs"—yes, that's the real job title—to represent the hot dogs in costume form across Canada. Selected applicants get a branded frankfurter suit, a $149.99 St. Louis gift card upon completion of ten shifts, and the title of "top dog" in their community. Prior experience as a wiener is considered an asset, according to the (completely serious) LinkedIn job posting.
If you're hungry to test-drive the new menu before the official launch, St. Louis has you covered. The all-you-can-eat promotion runs through May at all locations.
