Construction has begun on The Clifton, an 18-unit ultra-luxury condo development overlooking the North Saskatchewan River valley in the Old Glenora area.
Developed by Autograph, the project sits at 10143 Clifton Place between Old Glenora and High Street, positioning residences to capture sweeping views of the river valley. The development ranges from 1,730 to 4,500 square feet, with prices from approximately $2.73 million to $9.46 million. Autograph reports about 75 per cent of units are already sold.
Residences will include a discreet entrance, private concierge service, a street-facing façade, a resident lounge with entertaining spaces, a caterer's servery for hosting and special occasions, a boutique fitness room, a private guest suite, secure bike storage, and resident parcel management.
"We wanted to create the kind of residence that reflects how people want to live today, a home that balances comfort, convenience, and sophistication," Autograph president Henry Edgar said in a statement.
Completion is anticipated in 2028. The project is one of several multi-family residential developments Autograph has completed in Edmonton, including The Hendrix, The MacLaren, The Cobalt, and The Mercury Block. The company is also developing The Warehouse Block in downtown Edmonton, which will include student housing.
The Clifton represents continued investment in Edmonton's luxury residential market, with the developer banking on demand for high-end urban living spaces in established neighborhoods.
