Dunkin' Donuts is officially returning to Canada, and Montrealers will be among the first to get their coffee and donuts back.
Foodtastic, the company that secured the rights to bring the brand back to the country, confirmed Thursday it is "currently working on setting up the first locations in the Toronto and Montreal areas," with openings planned for late 2026 through early 2027.
The company has not yet revealed specific addresses but said more details will be finalized and shared soon. "Since announcing our agreement to bring Dunkin' back to Canada, we've seen incredible interest from Canadians," said Peter Mammas, founder and CEO of Foodtastic.
Foodtastic previously announced plans to open around 100 Dunkin' locations across Canada over time, though the company hasn't specified how many will land in Quebec or when additional cities might see stores. For now, Greater Montreal is first in line — just hang tight a little longer before those Dunkin' runs become routine again.
