Montreal is investing $25.1 million to build four residential buildings in Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie, creating 350 affordable and eco-friendly housing units.

The Société du Patrimoine Angus Résidentiel will oversee the project in the Angus Technopark. The city says it's part of its commitment to addressing the housing crisis.

The four buildings will include 121 one-bedroom units, 134 two-bedroom units, and 95 three-bedroom units. The project also features 225 parking spaces, 350 indoor storage units, and nearly 1,000 bicycle parking spaces.

Construction is expected to wrap by the end of next year, with the first tenants moving in as early as next summer.
