12 Montreal streets going pedestrian-only this summer
Street fairs and block parties scheduled across the city
Pedestrian streets are an integral part of Montreal's DNA in the summer, and the city has a lot of street fairs and block parties to look forward to in 2026. A total of 12 streets are being pedestrianized this year, encouraging local businesses and bringing outdoor festivities to the heart of the city and to residential neighbourhoods.
