Crescita shareholders approve acquisition by ClinActiv Holdings
Laval-based pharmaceutical company voted overwhelmingly to accept offer
Crescita Therapeutics Inc. announced that shareholders voted overwhelmingly in favour of a special resolution approving a plan of arrangement involving the company and ClinActiv Holdings Inc., pursuant to which the company will be acquired. The vote took place at a special shareholders meeting held in person on Thursday in Laval.
