Montreal police say four men will be charged with first-degree murder in connection with the fatal shooting of a 22-year-old man in Dorval on November 29, 2022, near Mimosa and Carson avenues.

Adam Leheouir, 22; Mac Ahern, 23; Dariush Kabirinaeini, 23; and Starson Descollines Dasilma, 26, were arrested. Leheouir, Ahern, and Kabirinaeini were already behind bars for unrelated crimes; Dasilma was arrested in a residential area of Saint-Jérôme. The SPVM did not disclose when the arrests occurred.

Police allege three of the suspects—Leheouir, Ahern, and Dasilma—are also responsible for an alleged attempted murder in Laval on December 31, 2022, when an 18-year-old man was shot multiple times in Fabreville and survived.

The four were scheduled to appear in court via videoconference Tuesday afternoon. None of the allegations have been tested in court.
