Transport Quebec announced overnight closures on Highway 13 at the Highway 520 (Côte-de-Liesse) interchange from September 28 to November 2 for reconstruction of the Highway 520 overpass above Highway 13.
Highway 13 southbound will close nightly between Exit 3-W (Pierre Elliott Trudeau Airport/A-520 WEST) and the entrance from Highway 520 eastbound. Hours vary: Sunday 10 p.m. to Monday 5 a.m.; Monday through Friday 10:30 p.m. to 5 a.m.; Friday 10:30 p.m. to Saturday 7 a.m.; and Saturday 11 p.m. to Sunday 7 a.m.
Highway 13 northbound will also close between Exit 3-E (A-520 EAST) and the entrance from Highway 520 westbound on the same schedule, with northbound Friday and Saturday closures extending to 5:30 a.m. and 7 a.m. respectively.
The pedestrian underpass beneath Highway 520 at Station Street is closed. A 24/7 shuttle service is available for pedestrians crossing the Highway 520/Highway 13 area, with stops marked by temporary signage. Detours will be marked with temporary signage throughout. Work may be postponed, extended, or cancelled due to adverse weather or operational constraints. Drivers and pedestrians should consult Québec 511 before traveling.
