Montreal police seek victims in sexual assault investigation

Montreal police are urging potential victims to come forward after a 29-year-old man was charged in connection with multiple alleged sexual assaults involving women he met at bars across the city. Jean-Philippe Oubda was arrested Wednesday and appeared at Montreal courthouse the same day, where he was ordered detained. Police say the investigation involves several incidents and are seeking additional victims who may have encountered Oubda.
