TetraMem achieves 22nm chip manufacturing milestone

<p>TetraMem Inc., a Silicon Valley–based semiconductor company, has announced the successful tape-out, manufacturing, and initial silicon validation of its MLX200 platform, a 22nm multi-level RRAM-based analog in-memory computing system-on-chip. The achievement marks a significant milestone on a commercial TSMC 22nm process, with evaluation kits targeted for shipment in the second half of 2026.</p>
