Ottawa police released a photo Wednesday of David Cheddesingh, 50, the man they charged last month in connection with a sexual assault under the MacKenzie King Bridge in downtown.
The assault happened on March 28 around 11 p.m. or midnight on Colonel By Drive beneath the bridge. Police launched their investigation after the incident was reported.
Officers are releasing the image now because they believe there could be additional victims. Cheddesingh is known to wear black-framed glasses.
