Five people now face charges in Clarence-Rockland man's murder

Ontario Provincial Police have charged two more people in connection with the death of Robert Prevost, a 63-year-old from Clarence-Rockland, bringing the total number of accused to five.
Prevost was reported missing in March 2025, and his remains were found in the Ottawa River near Dallaire Street on May 17, 2025.
Charges were laid Thursday against Mathew Blake, 23, of Arnprior and Sebastien Boucher, 47, of Rockland. Blake is charged with second-degree murder, indignity to a dead body, and obstruct peace officer. Boucher faces charges of obstruct peace officer, obstruct justice, and accessory after the fact. Both remain in custody.
Three other people were arrested and charged starting in June. Jessica St. Michael of Ottawa and Luc Décarie of St-Gabriel-de-Brandon, Quebec, are each charged with first-degree murder and indignity to a body. Yvon Vieno, 38, of Ottawa, faces first-degree murder, indignity to a body, and conspiracy to commit murder.
The specific court dates for any of the five accused have not been disclosed.
