Doctors across Canada are warning of rising cases of anaplasmosis, a tick-borne infection that can cause severe illness if left untreated, according to a new report in the Canadian Medical Association Journal.

The disease is transmitted through tick bites and can lead to fever, fatigue, muscle aches, and in some cases, more serious complications. Early diagnosis and treatment with antibiotics is critical to prevent progression.
